CONFERENCE INFORMATION

1. REGISTRATION:

All participants are expected to register for the conference. Delegates are to register by reporting to the appropriate (labelled) stand at the registration point, where they will be issued the conference materials, including a name tag. To have access to the conference venue and facilities, each participant must wear the Name Tag always.

2. MEETING VENUE:

“The National Christian Centre, venue of the conference, will house the plenary as well as Group/Seminar/Workshop sessions.”

3. CONFERENCE PROGRAMMES:

The Conference Opening Service is at 5.00pm on Monday, 7th November, 2016. Meetings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday start at 8:30am. Each day participants are enjoined to make the best of the opportunity by arriving early.

4. BIBLE STUDY:

The Bible Study will be in groups. Participants will be asked to go to groups at the general introduction and it would be helpful if they would keep to their choice of groups.

5. THEME TALKS & LECTURES:

The Theme Talks and lectures are structured and to benefit maximally from the conference, all are enjoined to attend all the three (3) sessions.

6. THE SEMINAR:

The Seminar: Fourteen (14) different seminar topics will be offered during the conference. The topics and their speakers were carefully chosen to equip the Bishops, clergy and the laity for effective ministry and stewardship. Each delegate is expected to attend and participate in at least three (3) different seminars before the end of the conference.

7. THE REVIVAL HOUR:

The Revival Hour (from 5pm each day, Tuesday to Thursday), is both an empowering programme for the participants and an outreach programme, to which non-participants are invited as well.

8. AVOID BEING BUSY:

Avoid being busy here and there. Restrict your movements while the programme is on, and make use of any opportunity during this conference. There shall be no buying and selling during meeting sessions. Do all your buying and selling at the break time and at the allowed designated areas.

9. SOUVENIRS:

The Souvenirs: Conference T-Shirts have been produced for you. They will be on sale at designated areas within the conference hall. Wednesday 9th November will be T-Shirt day. All delegates are expected to put on T-Shirts throughout the day.

10. SECURITY:

SECURITY: For the safety of all, participants are requested to present themselves for screening by the appointed security operatives. The wearing of the Name tag at all times is a pre-condition for entering the venue and participating in the conference. For all security related discuses, please contact:

11. VEHICLE PARKING ARRANGEMENT:

VEHICLE PARKING ARRANGEMENT: For convenience, safety and ease of movement, delegates are advised to use the Car Parks provided where security arrangements have been made for all participants. It should be noted that cars are NOT allowed into the conference venue.
